This month is all about growing and healing through joy and laughter. Other months of the year, the growth and healing comes though hardship and pain, but this month we are given a true blessing…

When we tune into these frequencies we are offered guidance and great opportunities for growth and healing during each specific time of the year. And with this knowledge, we can go deeper into our understanding of life itself, the cycles that we live by, and how we relate to all existence.

Trees. The holiday of Tu B’Shvat comes on the full moon and it celebrates the rising of the sap from the earth. It celebrates the earth, the trees and all seeds sprouting forth into this world. It is officially the new year for the tree. It's the hidden mystical time of rebirth.

As we tune into the energy of each month, we recognize these patterns, an ebb and flow of the inward and outward cycles… like breathing, this is the way that nature plays out. Some months have more constricted energies and other months are more expansive and flowing. Last month in Kislev there was more expansiveness vibrating all around us… and this month, we again feel the birthing pains of constriction.
