The teen accused of shooting San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall will be tried as a juvenile, a judge ruled Friday morning.

According to court documents, Joseph Vicencio's girlfriend had filed a restraining order against him two days before he allegedly killed her and two other people in a San Jose home.
