Anchor, behavior, celebrate. This is the ABC's of habit change. If you can get this down, installing new habits becomes easy.


First, anchor your new habit to an action you currently do. Like putting your workout clothes next to the sink you brush your teeth at or your journal next to the coffee machine.


Next, complete the behavior. Finally, do some kind of celebration to build in a reward for doing the new habit. It doesn't need to be big, just something for your brain to get excited!
