This week we see Jesus having an honest discussion with his disciples about persecution, hardship, and our active adversary. Although these are difficult and we must be aware, we have a God who is greater so we need not be afraid!
Today we hear about Jesus healing 2 blind men, casting out a demon and ministering to all of the cities. We see a big need, both physically and spiritually. Thankfully Jesus cleanses BOTH.
Today we talk about the challenging and sometimes confusing passage about New Wine and Old Wineskins. We see we must bring the New Wineskin (faith and humility) and then Jesus provides the New Wine (cleansing, calling, forgiveness).
Today we take a look at Jesus' power over nature, the storm, and the forces of evil. When we panic, we forget about his great power. We can combat a vicious cycle of negative thoughts through the positive anxiety cycle.
Today we talk about the story of the leper and the centurion who both showed incredible faith. Thankfully Jesus didn't disappoint them and He won't disappoint us!
This morning we hear Matthew 7:1-11 and talk about the importance of a humble heart, both towards ourselves (not viewing ourselves too highly) and toward God (trusting Him to provide). Listen in to Hesed Heart Meditation to dwell on God as our Father. Learn more at heaedheart.com
