Abide

In today's episode there is a little bit of a different approach as we answer some frequently asked questions and wrap up our first season. We thank you all so much for tuning in and pray, as always, that there is some encouragement for our sisters in Christ as you all seek to abide in Him.

**We had planned on doing a series over the summer but due to life circumstances we will be taking a summer break and will be back in the fall.**

*The book Natalie mentioned but could not remember is Parenting With Scripture by Kara Durbin.

In this special wrap-up episode of our Wise Builders and Wrecking Balls series, we have Marci from the blog/podcast Thankful Homemaker. Join in as we get some Gospel driven, Titus 2 encouragement to be Wise Builders and not Wrecking Balls from a sweet sister, fellow BAR Network podcaster, and mentor in the faith.

As always, we pray this episode encourages you to abide in Him for truly apart from Him we can do nothing.

In part 1, we went over some definitions and principles from Proverbs 14:1.

In this episode we get a little more practical in ways to wisely build the home starting with the foundation of our hearts and working our way out to our actions and attitudes.

As always, we pray this episode encourages you to abide in Him for truly apart from Him we can do nothing.

Welcome back to another episode of Abide Podcast where we are taking a stroll through Proverbs 14:1, making definitions great again by talking about what wisdom, folly, and the home are, and prayerfully encouraging our sisters in Christ to go to the Word of God for His wisdom so we can be Wise Builders and not Wrecking Balls.

We pray this is a blessing to our sisters in Christ.

In today's episode, we had the pleasure and blessing of interviewing Mrs. Doreen Virtue, who was once very popular in the New Age movement until God in His matchless grace and mercy saved her.

Tune in as she answers some questions, provides some insight, and points us all to Christ.

In today's bonus episode, we had the immense pleasure of being able to interview a dear sister in Christ, Erin Coates. Erin Coates is the wife of James Coates, who is a Canadian pastor currently in jail for seeking to honor God in his faithful stewardship of the local flock entrusted to him.

In today's episode, we are diving into Jesus Calling, a popular "Christian" devotional penned by Sarah Young, as well as the practice of modern day "contemplative" prayer. Examining both in the light of Scripture, we pray that this episode will lead our sisters in Christ to seek after the pure, living and active Word of God.
