Whilst He is constant, reliable, ever present and unmovable, we need to make sure that we choose Him every time in order to access that stability. This is called abiding in Him, and we are told this very clearly in John 15. Abiding is our choice, it is the decision we make to stay in Him, to enjoy His consistency and rely on His purposes and ways.
