The highest form of prayer is to practice abiding in the love of Christ. There we find healing, rest and peace, but even more important is that by abiding in Christ, we minister to the heart of the Father and delight His heart. Jesus is always present with us, but when we practice soaking in His love, we become present with Him as well. This is how we can live in experiental union with Christ.
