We were created for healthy relationships with God and one another. In the beginning, humanity lived “naked and unashamed,” fully known and fully loved. One consequence of the fall, however, was that our relationships became fractured. Instead of living openly before God and others, we began “covering and hiding” behind “fig leaves.”
