Have you consumed inspiration porn? You probably have. Today we unpack how society portrays the disabled community and the silent epidemic that is casual ableism. I brought on my good friend Claudia Favela (@claudiafavelaa) to talk about everything from our first year of college, our admiration for women in power like AOC, and of course got educated on disability and how we can be better allies! I learnt so much from Claudia this week and I am positive you will to. There is so many issues that fly under the radar such as the violent numbers of sexual assault to those who are disabled, inspiration porn, etc. So whats the first step? getting educated and having an open dialogue.
