Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin is asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which currently has a liberal majority, to find that the state constitution secures a right to an abortion. UW Law professor Howard Schweber says the court will likely combine that petition with an earlier one brought by Attorney General Josh Kaul and could rule as early as this spring.
