Our focus in this sermon is Peter's brief, but comprehensive-doxology written to believers who were suffering because of their-faith. While his letter contains many instructive expressions of-encouragement, his majestic words of praise in these three verses-remind them of the broad scope of God's saving work in their lives,-truths we too need to keep in mind.--1.
