This week Chase sits down with Bogumil Baranowski, founder of an investment firm in Manhattan, Tedx speaker, author, pilot and sailor, from his current “home” in the Dominican Republic. They discuss his latest book, Living Where Others Vacation, and touch on subjects ranging from the positive effects and implementation of remote work, to life in the Caribbean, and how his humble beginnings in communist Poland helped shape his future. Bogumil traded in his two-hour stressful train commute in the Big Apple for impromptu morning surf sessions - and hopes more people will follow in his footsteps.
You can follow Borgumil on his website (https://bogumilbaranowski.com), and buy Work Where Others Vacation on Amazon (https://amzn.to/3dhoeTo). He’s also on Twitter @bogumil_nyc, and LinkedIn.

This week Chase sits down with Jennison Grigsby, who describes herself perfectly on her website (https://www.yogawithjennison.com/) as: A California girl with a love for all things European. A vegan with the occasional exception for a gelato in the summer. A teacher by trade, a yogi by practice, and a mama in training. A soul in flight, in search of meaningful connections in this beautiful world with a (possibly permanent) stopover in Spain.
Jennison shares her experiences as an expat building a business, creating a thriving social community, and raising a family. All the fun and adventure that comes with this, as well as some of the hardships and challenges. This episode is for those wanting to explore entrepreneurship, parenthood, and following their dreams, beyond your borders.

Chase kicks off season two with a heavy dose of inspiration - sitting down with Sienna Brown, Founder of Master Your Move Abroad, host of her own podcast, and Corporate DE&I leader at Power to Fly. Sienna is from New York but decided to uproot and move to the sunny south of Spain seven years ago. Overlooking those that told her she’d be back in a few months, she’s built a beautiful life for herself in España over the last 7 years and is now inspiring others to do the same. Chase and Sienna dive into the role that limiting beliefs, diversity, and race play in building lives abroad, and how to overcome inherent challenges when planning big life changes. You can follow Sienna on Instagram at @masteryourmoveabroad and @siennajbrown, and on her website, siennajbrown.com.
