I think depression is one of the hardest things to deal with because it genuinely sucks the life out of you. It sucks you into this false reality and then makes it feel almost impossible to escape. It brings you into an incredibly dark, scary place and gives you no hope to escape.


In this episode I talk a lot about my experience with depression and how it has affected me, particularly over the past couple of years. I also talk about ways in which you can try to pull yourself out of the depression reality and bring yourself back to life.


This is a very sensitive episode and I hope my story and the things I've done to try to overcome it inspire you or a loved one to reach out for help and start your healing journey.
