A same thread weaves everything in this universe. All the material realm is fundamentally same, there is no difference or divide. Divide is a fiction of human mind, that keeps you in suffering. So it is in your hands to make yourself comfortable and easy going. We all have stories to tell, to believe. Choose those stories carefully because that choice will shape your life. Make those narratives, believes, thoughts, more and more beautiful, empathetic and less violent. Put you energy in small things, like being aware about every tiny moment.
