"What happened last year…happened last year. The mistakes you made have already been made, their effects might still be felt, there might still be work to be done to repair them….but the act has already happened and is no longer under our control.

Let the act go, stop clinging to what could have, or should have happened. Focus on the solution, on what happens now. How do I keep that from happening again? What do I do when those conditions arise? What do I need to avoid? What do I need to add/incorporate to rise above that mistake…..because the things that you don’t fix…..stay broken. What does not get addressed, gets repeated. Life will keep sending you the same problems until you master them. 

Don’t pray for no problems, work for bigger, more complicated ones. They are a good sign that you are making progress. Having the same issues over and over are an indication that you are not growing."
