This week we do things slightly different, with Caleb being away and busy with work, we have Andrew back on as a guest host.

We recap what I and Caleb spoke about in the last episode and unpack things a bit further from Andrew's perspective. 

From there we connect it back to our views of the world on how this is still the best time to be alive, despite the chaos that is all around us.

With tensions rising even more in Russia, and the decline of the US, as well as China. Where is our world heading next? Who is going to be the next superpower, is it going to be India with its giant tech, automotive, and agriculture industry, or will it be Africa?

This week we explore these topics and how one country annexes the other by force, as well as the tactics that they use.

This week was a discussion on how the world will become entirely virtual, even if you do want to avoid it, you probably can't. As we start to see that web 3.0 is becoming more and more mainstream, everyday Joe will be rewarded for just participating in the future of the internet.

We start off our show today with a quote from Andrew Schultz, from Flagrant 2. He believes that the future of our entertainment will be predominantly YouTube. 

Our conversation today is centered around what we think about this quote from him, and how Caleb would love to start a multi-media YouTube Media company in the areas where he has passion.

The big debate on which platform is worse for our society these days is the data gathering app TikTok or is it the addictive platform Instagram.

In a world right now where we are heavily influenced by social media, what do you think is worse for our relationships, mental health, and society at large?

What happened that last two months?

The podcast took a break as Alan and Caleb weren't able to connect during Alan's time in Houston. In this episode we discuss some new goals that Alan has and where he is heading, we also discuss how immigration is affecting countries like Japan and Canada.

The recent development of covid lockdowns in China brings up the question of whether or not one should have the right to defend themselves and their rights. It is a tricky topic to discuss, on one hand, you have countries like Japan, which do really well with strict gun regulations, but on the other is the United States, where gun laws need to be discussed and regulated more.

We discuss the issues surrounding the topic, and why it works for some areas and not others.

This discussion leads to more conversations about life in Japan and the things that Caleb misses the most about New Zealand, and whether or not he should do a trade with his friend, a box of potato chips for a box of Boss coffee.

We seem to be big fans of Elon Musk, this is the second week in a row that we have talked about him and his goal to make free speech available for all, and not have social media companies, like Twitter, calling the shots.

Can he save us with his ambitions to purchase twitter, and can his robot AI save us from ourselves?

We have the advancement of tech propelled exponentially in the past few decades, it has lifted many out of poverty, and given us more free time on our hands to do whatever we want with it.

But with this advancement, we also see a decline in birth rates and married couples. The increase of single young men has risen over the past few years, especially in parts of Asia, such as Japan and Korea.

This is alarming and if something is done soon about this crisis, the population will decline and making it even harder on society, such as labor shortages, which would lead to the cost of goods increasing. 

If you ever wondered what it would be like spending 40 million a yea looks like, look no further than Mr Bezos's yearly maintenance cost on his super yacht.

Wouldn't we all like a bit of that pocket money to spend? But to be fair, even if we did redistribute that wealth globally, it'll probably go back to the same people pockets.

We know that for a fact, cause we spend too much money on whiskey, especially Alan, not to mention the amount of DUIs he's gotten away with.

Please don't drink and drive like he did.
