Even once in our lives we have experienced loss of a loved one, whether it’s a pet or a family member, or a friend. Whoever it was, it’s always hard to experience loss. So today we’re talking about how to cope with loss and get over it, how to cope with grief, sorrow and regret. Also, I cover such topic as positivity. It’s hard to remain positive all the time, but we’re all trying our best. I talk about what positivity is in my perspective and how we can adopt a positive attitude.
