Brier Bimm was threatened with a weapon while working alone one evening in the social work field. The impact that this event had on her mental health snowballed until her breaking point: quitting this job and leaving the social work field temporarily. Brier speaks openly about her struggle to feel comfortable and safe in the community again and tools that she has used in her healing.
