Over the years, I’ve made plenty of New Year’s resolutions. Some of them have been successes—goals that pushed me to grow and brought positive changes into my life. Others? Let’s just say they didn’t turn out quite the way I hoped.
In today’s episode, I want to share a few of those stories with you. We’ll talk about three of the most common resolutions people make: losing weight, saving money, and learning something new. I’ll share what worked for me, what didn’t, and maybe you’ll walk away with some inspiration—or at least a laugh or two.
