In this episode, I reflect on friendships — and the fact that we rarely update them.

We sign contracts for everything in life: work, phone bills, subscriptions. But friendships? We often let them run on assumptions, without ever checking in on what we actually want, need, or are willing to give.

After everything 2025 brought me, I’ve been questioning the kind of friend I want to be moving forward — and realizing that I don’t want to show up the same way anymore.

This one is about clarity, responsibility, and choosing our friendships with the same intention we choose everything else in our lives.
