The Bruins took a step forward and picked up their first win of the season against the Habs on Thursday night. Mark Kastellic and Cole Koepke led the way (yes, seriously) for the Bruins, while McAvoy and Pastrnak each scored for the second consecutive game. Nikita Zadorov and Elias Lindholm each chipped in with multi-point efforts. Net-front issues not withstanding, the game was an improvement on their first outing. The B’s checked into the win column and welcomed back their ace in net.
