Above the Rim with DH12

NBA legend and 3-time All-Star Deron Williams joins Dwight Howard on Above The Rim for a raw, hilarious, and unfiltered conversation about basketball, rivalries, regrets, and what REALLY happens behind the scenes in the NBA.

From dominating with the Utah Jazz to becoming the face of the Brooklyn Nets, Deron Williams was once considered one of the best point guards in the world. But what happens when the game you love starts to feel like a job?

D-Will gets REAL about his legendary comparisons to Chris Paul, his complicated time in Utah, playing under Jerry Sloan, the pressure of being a franchise superstar, and the ups and downs of his NBA career.

He also takes us inside his experiences with the Brooklyn Nets, his time alongside LeBron James in Cleveland, and the challenges of dealing with injuries, criticism, and the expectations that come with being one of the league's biggest names.

And the conversation doesn't stop at basketball!

Deron breaks down his transition into boxing and MMA training, what it was like stepping into the ring against former NFL star Frank Gore, and how he's rediscovered his competitive spirit outside of the NBA.

Dwight and Deron also get into some WILD NBA debates, from the toughest players of their generation to the evolution of today's game, the biggest NBA what-ifs, and what really separates the great players from the legends.

But one of the most powerful moments comes when Deron opens up about losing his passion for basketball, the emotional toll of professional sports, and finding happiness after the game.

Two NBA legends. Two completely different journeys. Nothing off limits.
