After serving as an associate editor at NavPress’ Discipleship Journal and consulting editor for Current Thoughts and Trends, Adam now oversees the editing and publishing of Plugged In’s reviews as the site’s director. He has recently written a book entitled Becoming a Screen-Savvy Family: How to Navigate a Media-Saturated World-And Why We Should.

Foreman has been superintendent of MVCS for the past 17 years and has served as the state director of the New Mexico Association of Non-public Schools for the past six years. He advocated in recent years for a state program that uses public funds to provide textbooks to private and religious schools. A doctor of education, Foreman was a graduate student at New Mexico State University and the University of New Mexico. He said he’s been a school leader responsible for multimillion dollar budgets for over 25 years and “is looking forward to bringing his experience in finance and small business operations to Santa Fe.”

 

Jodi Hendricks of the New Mexico Family Action Movement joins us in studio today. The New Mexico Family Action Movement is an organization devoted to improving New Mexico by instilling values such as protecting and cherishing life from conception to natural end, safeguarding the family unit and creating an environment in which it can thrive, and boldly defending and preserving religious freedom.
