Amy Mari Osorio Ayala is a Puerto Rico native, currently studying to obtain her bachelor's in Psychology. Going through her own battle with depression and anxiety has motivated her to advocate for and hold conversations on social media for mental health. Her aspirations for the future are to become a psychologist to help individuals who suffer from mental illness and to de-stigmatize mental health in the Christian community.
Amy opens up about dealing with depression as a teen. She shares about her father being incarcerated and dealing with an absent father. She talks about how she was able to become more self aware through a breaking point in her life, she also shares how her faith and mental health education now helps her help others through her story.
