L: Ik wil morgen om twaalf uur naar de bieb, kan jij me brengen?

M: Ik heb een afspraak om half twee, dus dat kan.

J: En wie brengt mij dan naar voetballen? Wij spelen morgen om kwart over drie een wedstrijd.

M: Hoe laat moet je daar zijn?

J: We moeten daar om één uur zijn.

M: En hoe laat zijn jullie klaar?

J: We spelen de wedstrijd om kwart over drie, dus zijn we om vijf uur klaar.

M: Goed, we gaan om kwart voor twaalf weg, dan brengen we Loes naar de bieb. Daarna heb ik een half uurtje voor de boodschappen. En daarna breng ik je naar het voetballen. Om vijf uur kom ik jullie weer halen.

----Formal English----

L: I want to [go] to the library at twelve o’clock tomorrow, can you take me?

M: I have an appointment at half past one, so it’s possible.

J: And who’s taking me to soccer then? We’re playing a game at a quarter past three tomorrow.

M: At what time to you have to be there?

J: We have to be there at one o’clock.

M: And at what time will you be finished?

J: We’re playing the game at a quarter past three, so we’ll be finished at five o’clock.

M: Good, we’ll leave at a quarter to twelve, then we’ll take Loes to the library. After that I have a half hour for the grocery shopping. And afterwards I’ll take you to soccer. At five o’clock I’ll come pick you guys up again.
