In this message, we look at the role of the church in addressing political issues. As this passage in 3 John highlights immigrants, refugees and foreigners it’s a good opportunity to look at the difference in how government is tasked with approaching these groups of people versus how God has tasked the church to do so. Together, we will see how we as the church have been asked to love immigrants, be compassionate toward refugees, and come alongside of those who are foreigners among us.
