How to get FREE MARKETING for your nonprofit
Tips for making sure your nonprofit succeed
Jonny Imerman and brother Jeff Imerman co-founded CLOZTALK in 2017 to solve 2 social problems: 1) non-profits and social causes struggle to raise awareness, and 2) too few people wear charity-branded apparel. CLOZTALK sells quality charity-branded apparel online at CLOZTALK.com for 150+ US-based nonprofit org’s.
The goal: help nonprofits get the word out. CLOZTALK sells charity-branded t-shirts, hats, hoodies, etc. It's full-service—no cost (free) and no work required for charities—and CLOZTALK donates 20% net profits to its charities. CLOZTALK.com: where 1) nonprofits apply for membership and 2) people find, learn, & buy their favorite nonprofit logo swag.
Jonny is a young adult cancer survivor who strives to make sure no one fights cancer without the support of someone who has already triumphed over the disease. After being diagnosed with testicular cancer at the age of 26, Jonny, his family, and a group of survivors co-founded Imerman Angels in 2006, a non-profit organization, which carefully matches a person touched by cancer (a cancer fighter or survivor) with someone who has fought and survived the same type of cancer (a Mentor Angel). Imerman Angels now has 10,000+ volunteer cancer survivors and caregivers in its global network, living across 93+ countries and every U.S. state, and has been featured by dozens of news organizations including The Wall Street Journal, Harpo Radio’s “Oprah and Friends” with Dr. Oz, CNN, TEDx, and lots more. Jonny was born in Saginaw, Michigan, in 1975.
When just a baby, his parents divorced, and he moved to Bloomfield Hills, a suburb of Detroit. He attended Cranbrook Kingswood School from kindergarten through high school. After graduation, he moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan, where Jonny earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan. After college, he returned to the Detroit area. He worked during the day while earning an MBA from Wayne State University at night when he was diagnosed.
