Why was the stone rolled away? Was it so Jesus could get out? Or was it so we could enter in? This Easter, I invite you to join Jesus in his death and resurrection, so you experience life like you never thought possible!

Do you think there is something special required of you to make an impact for God? Some special skillset, training, or education? Today, we will learn about some men who had none of those things and yet made a tremendous impact for God. And we will discover that all it takes is someone “ordinary” who is walking with Jesus.

If we are going to experience the shift, we will need to confront the things in our life that are not God. In today's passage, we see Peter calling for repentance. But then he does something remarkable: he announces the incredible rewards repentance brings. In today's message, we will discover the rewards of repentance!

Today, we continue the story of the man who Peter healed at the temple. The truth is, Peter didn't heal him, Jesus did. In today's scripture, we will discover the power of the name of Jesus and how to walk in the authority of His name.

In Acts 3, we see the life of a man completely shifted after an encounter with Peter. He was hoping for some coins, but instead he got a full dose of Jesus. Our world is desperately looking for help and the best thing we can do is to Give Jesus!

We are called to be a thriving community just like the early church- a community that is devoted to the Word, to one another, to fellowship , to prayer. We are called to live generously. We are called to be a community that not only serves one another but reaches out to the world around us with the message of the gospel.

As we live this out, we will find that we too will experience the joy of seeing others come to Christ, just as the early church did.

The early church provides us with a powerful example of what it means to be thriving individuals and a thriving community.

We don't need to complicate what God has done for us or our participation in the Shift. 1) Repent (reject the old way) 2) Be baptized (declare the new way) 3) Receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (surrender to His way).

Jesus promised the Holy Spirit. When he came, there would be a spiritual shift that would change the course of history. With this shift, came an outpouring that sparked revival! We need revival again today. So, are you ready for a fresh outpouring?

As we believe for The shift that God is going to do in our lives, we need to be ready to receive something that the father promised long ago. Today, we discover the fulfillment of that promise by receiving the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Betrayal. Hurt. Wounds. They often go unresolved and pushed aside because they are too difficult to deal with. But have you ever considered that they are standing in the way of The Shift God has for you? Today, we learn from Peter as he moves forward from the betrayal of a trusted ministry partner.
