Cait chose to work with Tara because she trusts the way Jesus has worked in Tara’s life. Like many, Cait deals with the ups and downs of life all the while trying to find true hope and peace among many spiritual options vying for her attention and seducing her with answers. Little by little, Cait is realizing that choosing the “J” word (Jesus) isn’t always attractive to the patterns of this world, yet for the first time she’s experiencing a sense of deep peace that nothing else has been able to satisfy. Laura has been blessed by Cait’s vulnerability and openness and she believes you will be too.

F.E.A.R. Fear Expressed Allows Relief. Welcome! This is literally another script-flipping episode because Tara’s report of her losing (again) at the wheel of fear last week is just too rich to squeeze into a few minutes. The Wheel of Fear: It’s Tara’s turn, again! She shares with listeners if she chose to ignore her fear of the worst-case scenario of her brain disease and chose body wisdom and God’s wisdom. That would entail to pausing her nutritional supplements with her naturopathic doctor. Her body is telling her to pause, her fear is telling her to dare not do something different or she will be bed-ridden and/or lack cognitive functioning. Hmm..what to do?!

Who am I and who's am I? Welcome! We are glad you're joining us for this extra special episode as we learn about how to hear who God says we are ––directly from Jesus. And we get to listen to a recording of one of Tara's coaching sessions as she invites her client on a journey through an identity prayer*, believing that the perfect love of Jesus will flip the script of shame ––exposing truth. Tara’s client gave permission to share this coaching session with AbundanltyMe Podcast listeners. Sit back, relax and be loved!

*This listening prayer was unique because the intention was to allow participants to be guided through a prayer to hear who God says they are, yet Tara felt led to follow the flow of the client as well as the Spirit to also heal the past memory. Ultimately healing then revealing her true identity. It's refreshing to release control of outcome and let the Spirit of God take the lead.

God continues to give her that vision and it's a delight, but Tara's left-brained logic seems to be getting in the way of serving from a place of joy and freedom.
