In this episode we discuss the topic of Productivity with Maria Maldonado.
Teams have become the nucleus of successful organizations. Every time we see a company that’s highly successful, they have a strategy and methodology of building totally kickass teams. The team members support each other and they are extremely productive, of course, if done right. That’s the key, how to build teams in a way that will increase productivity and ensure employee retention by keeping them happy at their jobs, challenged and feeling connected to their co-workers and organization.

What that means to us is that we strongly believe that sharing wisdom, best practices and lessons learned will help us as individuals move towards our goals a little quicker, or maybe even a lot and, perhaps, with a little less friction, hence accelerating momentum.
Effective communication skills are an essential part of daily living. They can make or break your career or personal relationships. Missing a word in a conversation. Understanding the wrong thing. Misunderstanding a task. Some say communication is mostly about listening and not talking. Any of these could have catastrophic consequences for you or your business.

You want them to be your evangelists. With our new series on culture we give you some tidbits of tactical information on how to build a successful culture. Maybe it’s because of COVID or maybe it was always bound to happen, but remote learning and homeschooling have become a reality for many people, children, their families and teachers and professors. This is not simple and it’s not easy. Being able to be organized and disciplined enough to obtain some of the same results that you get from a classroom takes a lot of preparation and patience. In this video we talk to a mom, teacher and professor that’s been able, with no experience, take her daughter through years of homeschooling and prepare her for a successful college experience.
During the last few years the whole concept of CRM, Customer Relationship Management, has taken off. From the beginnings as a Contact Manager these, mostly, off the shelf applications were relegated to the laptops of many a salesperson. No one in the executive suite, let alone IT cared about them. They were busy with their ERP and office type applications. Well, how things have changed. Today a successful CRM implementation may make the difference between thriving, barely surviving or even failing. In this episode we talk about some of the key tactical recommendations for a successful implementation and adoption of CRM tools. We will soon also bring in CRM Sherpas to talk to us about what they have learned through the years of implementing CRM solutions in their organizations or as consultants implementing global CRM solutions.
