Erik Akutagawa shares his broad journey from martial arts as a teenager, engineering, real-estate investing to being a Program Manager for Funimation, an animation company under Sony. 

After graduating from engineering, Erik didn’t aim to be a real-estate investor.  Having experienced multiple unemployment periods, the appeal of having multiple streams of income led him to enter the real-estate world and also multiple investment opportunities. 

Erik is a Program Manager, Stock Trader, Real-Estate Investor and Coach. He specialises in helping individuals get their first real-estate investment property.
