This meditation is designed to protect your energy. Using your breath to create an atmosphere that allows you to set a healthy boundary between yourself and the day ahead. This mediation uses visualizations to set up a space in your body to create, listen, feel, and be exactly who you are. 

Sylvie is a yoga teacher based out of Ottawa, Ontario (Capital of Canada) and a member of the LoveYourBrain family. She graduated with a master’s neuroscience and works as a full time scientist. She believes yoga and meditation have healing properties that both science and spirituality play in. She is passionate about learning, giving and healing.
