For my flight or flight people if you know you know! I want to talk to you guys about my journey this past week of accepting what it is like to not live in survival mode anymore! It’s a bit of a shameless plug, but we’re gonna go through this together because this is what I’ve been experiencing and realizing that living a peaceful life doesn’t have to be forced and it doesn’t have to be something that you strive for but it does need to be something that you accept. You do not need to be at war with yourself to be able to live a full life! So let’s grow through this together
