One of my favorite scenes in The Lion King is where the monkey, Rafiki, hits Simba with his stick. When Simba asks, “What was that for?!”, Rafiki tells him “It doesn't matter; it's in the past”. The point is that the past has already happened. We shouldn’t focus on it, but sometimes, we really do need to accept it. On today's episode, Tony Wechsler and Laura Lopez discuss how to accept your past and move onward for a better future!
