Ever since we were children, we’ve been conditioned to work on our weaknesses. If our math skills were bad, we were told to work on math instead of reading. While those who taught us were probably well meaning, working on our weaknesses is not always the best way to truly succeed. In business, if you’re not good at bookkeeping, you can hire a great bookkeeper. And we can always hire someone to design our website if we’re not tech savvy. What we need to be working on is our strengths. This is how you excel in life and in business. But before we work on them, we need to know what they are. In honor of my 300th episode, today we have two guests instead of one. On today’s podcast, Janel Otto, Erik Forrester and I are going to discuss how to Work on Your Strengths.
