Accessible PDAs and Notetaking Devices (Part 2)
Karen Luxon Gourgey, Director of Computing Center for Visually Impaired People (CCVIP) and Konstandinos Chalkias, Coordinator, CCVIP Demo Center, introduce accessible Personal Digital Assistants(PDAs) and note taking devices including the BrailleNote Apex, Pacmate, the iPad and a netbook. The demonstration explores the differences between all these products and some of the pros and cons to each of the devices.
The event takes place on November 18, 2010, at the Baruch College Newman Library Building, Room 655.
