I lead you through a progressive relaxation, then a visualization for tapping into that Source energy that connects us all to one another, and to God. From there, you will have the opportunity to ask for guidance from that energy, before I gently bring you back to your body.

This is a great meditation to do before embarking on any art projects, sitting down to potentially difficult conversations, or even going over your finances. Anywhere you feel like a dose of creative and expansive energy could be of service.
