Most of us have this idea that waking up and checking the phone or any other device is okay. In fact, waking up in a hurry for waking up to the sound of notifications on your phone, laptop or other such devices is the worst way to wake up and may lead you to be grumpy and irritated all day round. This video also deals with the myths that say that 8 hours of sleep is not important. It explains how a good 8 hours of sleep increases your productivity when in absence of it, you may end up ruining your productivity altogether.
