In this final episode of Season 1, Heather, Ruk, and Sally explore what they've learned about themselves and their love lives over the past three months on the podcast. Essentially, the podcast has served them as free therapy, but has also opened up deeper and more vulnerable conversations with friends who have shared experiences. This week, we’ve traded in the sex stories for a much more heartfelt chat about lost love. Ruk, Heather, and Sally have all been heartbroken at some point over the years and they delve into a few coping strategies that have helped them through. Ruk is still tender about losing his first love, and to the frustration of Heather, Sal, and even himself, none of his strategies seem to be working. Heather and Sal on the other hand have had a bit more breakup experience, putting their strategies to the test.
