Accountability is a hard thing to do. Why? Because in order to be accountable you need to be fully transparent with the other person - even when things get messy. During a recent conversation with Aaron he admitted that recently he was having trouble seeing the necessity for transparency and accountability so we continued a conversation that we started last fall and recorded it.
