This week we head to Bath, a picturesque city in the south west of England.
Synonymous with its Roman-built baths, the eponymous city is a tourist hot-spot and is regularly voted one of the most desirable places to live in the country. But in the 1990's, it was better known as the city where women dare not walk the streets alone at night.
For ten long years, a predator lurked the city's affluent streets, carrying out multiple sex attacks and rapes on lone women. He most likely lived amongst the people he attacked, hiding in plain sight. Perhaps he still does...
