He specializes in helping individuals and organizations uncover their deeper purpose using archetypal patterns and astrology. As co-creator of Archetypes at Workā¢, he has developed innovative tools for personal and organizational development.
An international lecturer, Dr. Hillman has taught at institutions such as Pacifica Graduate Institute, Meridian University, and Washington University. He has also presented at notable venues like the Globe Theatre in London and the Cycles & Symbols Conference. He is currently teaching practical archetypal astrology through Kosmos Institute and is a registered VistageĀ® speaker.
Dr. Hillman holds a PhD in psychology (Transformative Leadership), an MBA, a Masterās in Construction Management, and a degree in architecture.
