Well, this is very vulnerable podcast today, but it's been something that I have been thinking about a lot lately.  Lying.  Why do we do it?  I am a self diagnosed people pleaser, and after working on that for YEARS, I understand that part of the problem with people pleasing is that it turns you into a giant LIAR.  Am I proud of this?  Nope.  But, it's a fact and I just wanted to share my two cents about why we lie, who it really hurts (not who you think) and how do we get better about feeling safe enough to tell the truth all the time, no matter what.  This is a huge part of something I'm constantly working on, and wanted to see if you feel seen when you hear my very vulnerable TRUTHS about lying and how to get better at NOT lying anymore.  It's a life long journey, ladies, but I'm here for it.  Enjoy!
