Part 2 of ace-ing your simplicity.  Had way too many things to share and I know you don't want to hear a 2 hour podcast about simplicity!  So here you go!

Fave thing 1:  Banana Pancake recipe: 

                     1 banana

                     2 eggs

                     1 pinch of baking soda

Mix and put on hot grill with coconut oil spray.  Serve with 1/3 cups of nonfat greek yogurt mixed with dash of cinnamon and stevia and fresh raspberries.  Enjoy!
