Any time you are making a decision that has a downside and upside you have to remember the two parts of your brain that are working…
For example, eating a pizza when trying to be healthy.
Part 1 of the brain - Eat the pizza, it's going to taste great, look at the cheese, your stomach is making sounds calling for it..
Part 2 - Self Love part of the brain - Do not eat that pizza! Your going to feel like shit in the morning, prob eat bad again tomorrow, ruin your whole week and the way it's been going.. Your going to regret it, i cant let you eat that pizza.
To activate part 2 - the self love portion of your brain, you have to have self talk.
Have your future self talk to your present self and talk some sense into you.
Stop , Pause, Self Love, Self Talk… Make the right decision everytime.
