It's Crazy, 1 positive move creates another positive move that creates another positive move.

And Vice Versa for a negative move.

This Miracle Morning has caused positive momentum in my life.
Because I wake up and do these things, I start work early and planned, I clean the house at lunch, I spend good quality family time in the evening, I am super focused, etc.
