We were talking about positive momentum and starting your day right, the easiest way to do this is by hacking your mind to make it easy to start your day right!

If i gave you a briefcase full of money to have a perfect start to your day tomorrow morning, what would you do tonight?
What would you do tomorrow morning?
Now do those things!

Some examples are, if you want to drink water in the morning = sleep by a full gallon of water so you wake up to it.
If you want to work out = pack your gym bag
If you want to eat clean = meal prep
If you want to be early = choose your outfit the night before
Etc.
