Why is it when our backs are against the wall and we have no options, we seem to do the best in life. 

I had a team member that I called out in a huddle pretty bad and put them on the spot that day. 

That day that team member had one of the best performances they had in a WHILE!

Why?

Cause their back was against the wall, they knew they had no options, and they knew everyone was watching. 

Why don't we pretend every single day that our backs are against the wall. 

If we have a job, pretend we can lose our job. 

If we have money, pretend we don't have money.

If we have a nice house, pretend you don't have a house at all. 

Force your back against the wall and attack every single day like this so you are always at your peak performance. 

You can always be replaced.
