Week 6 , Day 4 of #AcezMiracleMorningChallenge​ - Take a #Break​

I am always running so hard, and today I didn't feel the best, so instead of burning myself out, I stopped, paused, and hit an audible and took a BREAK day.

No using my brain, no working, no laptop, no phone, just relaxing activity all day long.

Sometimes we need that and sometimes that helps us come back stronger.

Sometimes in life you have to slow down to speed up.
