I know we all have a trigger that gives us negative energy.

That can be social media, a friend, a partner, a family member, news, etc.

The key is to get rid of this negative energy as soon as possible.

If it's a friend, avoid them at all costs.

If it's a partner, talk to them about this energy.

If it's social media or the news, stay away from it.

If you can't avoid it and someone forces that shit on you, then get away, find something that makes you feel positive right away and get yourself surrounded back to some positive waves.
